Recruitment & Selection

KMRL conducts direct recruitment via official channels only. Applications are accepted exclusively through our online portal.

  • Public Notification: All openings advertised in national newspapers and official website.
  • Fair Selection: Shortlisting followed by written/online tests and structured interviews.
  • Communication: Only shortlisted candidates are notified via registered email.

Employment & Tenure

Positions are offered on a fixed-term contract basis, typically for three years, with extensions possible based on performance.

High-level roles such as Director positions are subject to specific age and tenure-related superannuation limits.

General Guidelines & Ethics

  • NOC: PSU/Govt employees must provide a No Objection Certificate.
  • Ethics: Any attempt to influence the selection leads to permanent disqualification.
  • Calculation: Age and experience are calculated strictly as per notification dates.

Scale (AM) ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000
